  1. We had Go Solar-STI- do our installation of both panels and water heater. They used the most logical method of determining our needs resulting in the lowest initial cost and the quickest recoup of our investment. Most importantly, their follow up service has been impeccable. Go Solar is Ron Magen. Knowledgeable, personable, and a solid business person representing STI.
  2. You must remove the car before the TIP expires. Period.
  3. We have had very good luck buying and selling at Upscale Bazar, a few doors west of the original Pancho's. In my opinion, their prices are fair to both buyers and sellers and their record keeping is the best. Also, it is clear who benefits from the profits- the Boys Home- and you aren't left wondering if you are supporting a person or a charity.
  4. You would need to ask at the Centro de Salud.
  5. She is next door to Alex's on the left as you face the restaurant.
  6. Usually, Azucena's assistant, Mimi, assists clients at the Chapala INM office. This is part of what you pay for when you hire her.
  7. From what little I know, those bills will be for grossly inflated amounts, too.
  8. He is probably out working. Try calling after 6 pm.

  11. Baja Grills on the lake side of the carretera in Riberas has them. Yes, it most definitely is still in business. I have seen it open several times this past week.
  12. There are also Flexi stores in Centro Laguna and in Chapala on Calle Madero near the intersection of Morelos.
  13. Like many drugs, there are countless variables. Tell her to bring enough for a month and then go shopping when she gets here.
  14. We also found the flies unbearable. I wouldn't hesitate to say they are worse there than almost any other restaurant save for Bobby's El Escondido. Not pleasant.
  15. All I have heard has been negative. Poor service, poor management, lousy food.
  16. If someone is foolish enough to travel to a foreign country without knowing exactly what they need by way of a visa, what the country requires for pets traveling with them, and what permits are needed for the vehicle they're traveling in, they have no one to blame for what might and most likely will happen to them as a result. Heaven knows there is a b#ttload of information out there, so they simply didn't take the time to read before setting off.
  17. We have had FuMiGa come every 4 months for the last 4 years. We live in Chapala Haciendas where alecranes are common, as are arañas viuda negra- black widows. Our home was infested with roaches when we bought it due to filth and no regular fumigation. Today, we rarely see alecranes or roaches (never inside the house!) and the black widows are fewer. Before anyone comments, we have 4- old chihuahuas and a cat who lives in our enclosed patio or in the garden. NONE and NEVER have any ever experienced any problems due to spraying.
  18. Try El Sombrero for Tex-Mex like chimichangas.
  19. He was there with calendars when I stopped in about a week ago.
  20. Felicidades to you and your partner. 💞
