  1. So big deal if I can't remember how far back she went to get us thousands refunded which is the point. Put that in your pipe and smoke it. How do I know your 7 years is not a load of BS?-SNORK!
  2. We file as non resident and use an accountant because we have huge annual medical bills and she manages to get us really nice rebates on those annually. She is worth her weight in gold because before we found her and did our own we did a lot wrong and CRA did some things wrong too. Got us back thousands for a 10 year period and the mistakes CRA made were refunded to us by them with INTEREST.
  3. And any other boards and google, etc. aren't "full of opinions, out of date and false info"?-SNORK!
  4. If it's for income tax purposes merely go to the Canadian Govt. site and then CRA and do it yourself easily. You don't need to pay an "expert" to do it for you. Haven't been a resident of Canada for 14 1/2 years. pedro kertesz
  5. As a matter of fact Point Pelee in Lake Erie is the same latitude as a part of northern California and has an interesting climate and flora.
  6. Yes hot dishes can have different flavours. My favourite Thai place was on St Clair Ave W in Tranna. with only 5 tables and every dish was super hot but had a different flavour. To enjoy that I had beer and waited a bit for the next course. I do like hot for most Indian and Thai and medium hot for some Mexican dishes.
  7. I said earlier that I told him I want it hot/spiced the way he likes it not how he would prepare it for the average ferner here[you maybe?] and that does not apply to every course on each delivery menu now does it oh wise one. You really are a pip aintcha gary waller.
  8. That would make for very easy snowbirding fer sure!
  9. No,not smelly because there are no flagstones. When not rainy season we give it a hose when watering the plants. It's easy to pick up poop from the medium size river rock[gravel] that we used. It's easy to walk on and it doesn't bother the dog's feet when they romp on it. it's not a big courtyard but we find it very tranquil to sit on our patio and enjoy and a couple of times a day Howdy Chases Chuck all over it.
  10. I'm crappyjillin because I like Magnolias offerings which deliver to my home right here in Chapala for me to enjoy?-SNORK! pedro kertesz
  11. The thing is if they pee on grass they kill it but they can't kill gravel.
  12. I have terminal flatulence which works well under the covers.
  13. My wife the retired school teacher was given the worst grade 6 class in her school one year. everyone called them the sweathogs and she came home more than once in tears. It's far from being a term of endearment.
  14. Boy am I glad I don't use ATM'S or my Canadian VISA card here. I far prefer simplicity instead of all the messiness most of you seem to put up with to pay for things with your own money.
  15. Thanks for your usual apoplectic rancor, gary waller aka chillin-SNORK! and a giant JAJA!
  16. Yes Mexicans [and I have thick skins], you are the attempting insulter as you have proven many times in your writings. You trying to backtrack as if you made a compliment is just one big hoot-SNORK! They were called sweathogs in that show because the suggestion was that they were misfits so yes your missive would be construed as insulting by most people that are familiar with your online persona and that show,Gary Waller aka chillin.
  17. The way it looks now and we have always used contractors. We just do the light gardening and pay to have our bigger palm trees maintained from time to time.
  18. If your yard is not conducive for grass, especially peeing dogs here is an alternative to consider. it's medium size smooth river gravel over doubled up landscape cloth which keeps weeds from growing in it. We have changed the look several times in the planters and strategically placed pots. We did the same in our backyard in Edmonton because we had female dogs. We have had up to 6 street rescues with us here which is down to 3 now watering the gravel.
