  1. Hi All, Curious to know if anyone can recommend a retailer of propane generators. We're curious what's available for a home backup solution, so the thing would have to be quite powerful. I'm very new at delving into this, so grateful for any info. Also, if the supplier can do repairs on the unit should it need any, that would be a big plus. 😊 Peter
  2. I’ve been trying to contact Matt Neighbor on the phone numbers provided here, but it seems like it’s disconnected or out of service. Matt installed panels at some of our properties. Also, emails bounce back to his email address, and his website doesn’t load. Does anyone have current contact information for him? @johanson @MyHomeSweetHome
  3. Thank you for the responses. @Go Solar, do you provide backup options purely with solar panels, or do you also have standalone battery options?
  4. Hi everyone, My friends and I are running online events from our home, and we have a need for a battery backup system incase the power goes out for hours on end. Standard UPS devices probably won't do the trick as we need to power computers and a television. Can anyone recommend a professional who deals with battery backup systems, within the Chapala/Ajijic area? Thank you, Peter
  5. I’m tall and having trouble finding a pair of jeans that are long enough. Can anyone recommend any clothing stores that might fit the bill? (hopefully Chapala/Ajijic local)
  6. Hi everyone, Does anyone know of a cell phone prepaid plan that offers a "long life" expiry (ie. longer than 30 days)? I use my cell phone so sparingly but I'd like to keep it alive. Thanks, Peter
  7. Hello, I'm looking to purchase an automatic pool cleaner/robot. I'm interested if anyone here has one they're looking to sell, or can recommend a good shop in the Chapala/Ajijic area that has them on display or might know their stuff around these (haven't found as of yet with the 2 I tried in Ajijic). Happy for any information, gracias
  8. We're currently with Telecable and Telmex in Chapala, Las Redes. Telecable offers higher speed but is more unreliable than Telmex. We require high speed and unlimited data. Are there any other internet provider options that anyone can recommend?
