I did send Spencer an email back in March with what had happened with the body shop saying that I would possibly need his help. No response at all. I used them to do all my temporary residence permit and Adunana in January but I guess that doesn't mean anything.

    Any other suggestions ?

My experience with Spencer's office is that they don't respond to email. They do, however, answer the phone so now I just call.

  2. Looking for suggestions. Having a scary propane problem at the house we're renting and owner is out of the country. Noticed the pilot light on our hot water heater was out so turned on the stove to check if we were out of gas and got a bonfire! Flames came out about 6 inches high (not normal)! Checked the tank and still have 45% full. No gas smells anywhere. Don't know what is going on. Any ideas?

When in Chapala, we made no adjustments for altitude and the bread was just fine. However, it is crucial that the kneading be done properly. When you tire of kneading, just do it some more anyway. developing that elasticity is crucial to good texture and flavor. Proofing should also be done in a warm, still place, like a cupboard, idle microwave, closed box, etc.

We use bakers yeast, purchased in 1 lb blocks and kept in the freezer. It lasts and lasts, and is always on hand, as it can be spooned out even when frozen. It is much more active than those little packets, which are often nearly dead.

Where do you purchase your bakers yeast?
