Please keep in mind, never to have any bone grafting or implants without a MIR. I believed the Dentists when they told me that their panoramic X-Rays is all I needed.. My implants failed because both Dentists failed,  my bone density was not strong enough for implants.
One of the Dentist sort of gave me a minor reimbursement, but the other one Dr. Hector Haro over charged me in America Dollars, and refuses to answer my phone calls or emails. This Dentist is the most expensive Dentist in Ajijic. My advice to you is to go to Guadalajara, and have the MIR it is only 1200.00 pesos., before any implants or bone grafting is done. Never pay American Dollars to a Dentist in Ajijic or Guadalajara. I have suffered for 4 years going through all this healing and pain, loss of much money, and loss of more bone density.  It has been pure Hell
