    What are his credentials.? Unbelievable cost! In USA and Europe, 20 minute sessions are charged out an average of $40 US IN PESOS...$740 more or less.... 😕

    Is paying CFE bills online a reliable method both for payment as well as use of credit card without concern about overcharge by CFE? And does CFE deliver CFE billing statements to the physical location where meter is installed and read ? The best method please. Pay in person or online? Thanks

    Hello Thanks for your information. Can you provide contact information for the individuals who provide 'mobile services' meaning...they have transportation and their own tools and will provide gardening services(trimming and plants and trees/fertilizing/spraying for weeds and insects etc) as needed... once or twice a month My garden space is small and I do not need a neighborhood 'full time/part time gardener'. Thanks.

    Thank you for your consideration of the details of my domestic helper situation.

    The contract format I used to acquire the assistance to inspect my house

    and supplemental water the yard was done at the recommendation of a labor

    attorney that on the basis of law that defines the 'employee category'

    that subordination is one of two essential elements (remuneration is the other)

    to denote regular employee vs. independent contractor.  The work contracted

    for was not overseen by me or any other person. 

    I am grateful for all the comments made on the blog. Thank you

    one and all!

     And I appreciate that most folks mean well and offer their experience/insights with certainty of

    assistance to me; however, there is no substitute for legal knowledge and experience

    Every situation is different and the details that are not provided may have caused

    some of the sharing to be based on well meaning but an inadequate facts.

    I greatly appreciate your incisive view of my 'story' and that you have

    affirmed the need for legal counsel. 

    Please would you have a recommendation of a legal advisor versed in labor law?

    And Guadalajara based is preferred.

    concerning my specific and current/ongoing domestic hire experience.
