Brian Dalziel replied to CHILLIN's topic in Ajijic/Chapala/Guadalajara

This provides users with several free streaming TV channels, some of which are now showing Olympics coverage. Happy to give local artist and community champion Efrén González a plug here, even though his event has nothing to do with the French national holiday "le 14 juillet" (a.k.a. Bastille Day).

Lakeside Medical Group dropping HSA
Brian Dalziel replied to sm1mex's topic in Ajijic/Chapala/Guadalajara
Perhaps this is a silly question but . . . What is it that Lake Medical Group/Lakeside Medical Group does? They do not provide medical care and they do not issue health insurance. -
You can take the overnight bus from Guadalajara to Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas and walk across the bridge to Laredo, Texas That would be much cheaper than flying.

Did anyone here attend the Grand Opening last week? If so, did you learn anything of interest to this discussion? -

Download the manual and take the file to a local copy shop for printing and binding. Normally that's more economical than shipping in a large book over the border.

Yes, you are so correct. Often that's something this webboard discussion group excels in.

Many people who live here benefit greatly from the benevolence, handiwork, and contributions provided by Chapala Expat Liaison Hector España Ramos and community supporter Harry Bublin.

Yes, you are correct. I was looking at the May 2020 school calender by mistake, sorry.
