  1. Geez! You have an agenda, don’t you?
  2. Already this week I’ve been fooled several times. I’m afraid of what the Russians will do to the American public when the elections start rolling around.
  3. You forgot the other side of the coin. Inhabited areas will also go through changes. Desert-like areas will appear, inundations will occur, agriculture will disappear in many areas. Many areas will be unable to support livestock. Mass human migrations and strife that goes along with it will become common. Progress in science, medicine, the arts, etc. suffers under these conditions.
  4. Having car problems? Who you’re gonna call? The car-opractor. https://www.facebook.com/reel/863751848833314
  5. It’s all relative. I’ve been retired now 10 years and my footprint is much less than it used to be. It’s useless to make comparisons. One should just try to lessen one’s own use of resources.
  6. This is why people are misguided about weather cycles. They equate temperature changes with weather patterns, however the ocean temperatures are absorbed over long periods of time and it takes just as long or longer to dissipate. The aim of environmentalists is to lessen the buildup of heat. Reversal is much more difficult and we will not see it within our lifetime.
  7. “We are in a lot more danger from overpopulation and the spreading chaos and decline of civilization planet wide than any small changes in temperature which may or maynot reoccur next year depending on what El Niño does. ” MC check out the demographics for the developed world and most countries are in decline if it wasn’t for migration. Africa and India are the few areas that are growing.
  8. You’re insane! We’re talking about OUR cycle, the one we’re living. Maybe there’ll be a cold cycle to follow this one but we’ll all be extinct by then. let’s do what we can to ameliorate what seems to be a very uncomfortable next few years.
  9. Fossil fuel industry now has another worry, microplastics, and the deniers are already lining up. https://www.cnn.com/2024/01/08/health/bottled-water-nanoplastics-study-wellness/index.html
  10. The facts state otherwise. https://www.cnn.com/2024/01/09/climate/temperature-rise-2023-climate-copernicus-intl/index.html
  11. Maybe he’s a plastic surgeon who does podiatry on the side.
  12. Recently I’ve heard of private airplane Uber. I wonder if it’s available in Mexico.
  13. All you have to do is do something wrong and everyone will jump on you and then you’ll know.
  14. I usually give mine away. Anyone who has money for a used one would rather buy a cheaper new one
  15. Here in Texas I see many houses have those dishes on roof tops that have been disconnected but the company doesn’t bother to pick them up and just leaves them there.
  16. You seem to have found Montezumas gold
  17. Wrong! Now they are just digits on a government computer.
  18. It used to be that Mexico had very good roads everywhere you went. In the 1970s we did a lot of adventure driving and even out of the way places had good roads. Then the toll roads came into being and the government started ignoring the road system and allowed the investor owned toll roads to take over.
  19. Since the value of the peso is tied to the dollar and since they’re also saying that the value of the dollar will drop significantly next year then who knows what will happen next year. Quien sabe?
  20. Laparoscopic usually requires maybe three stab wounds, one to stick the light through, the second for the endoscope and the other for the stapling device. i had a regular repair which left a hardly noticeable scar mostly covered by pubic hair. I would go with whatever the surgeon feels most comfortable doing.
  21. Why laparoscopy? Regular inguinal herniorrhaphy only leaves a one to two inch scar and it’s in an area that no one is going to be looking at.
  22. They’re just as good as the analysts on tv.
  23. “Although Donald Trump championed building his wall, his administration only built about 85 miles of new fences. Biden will now add 20 more.” Taken from: https://time.com/6324599/bidens-trump-history-border-wall/
  24. Trump got his chance. He built 85 miles. The border is 1950 miles long.
