    Straight out of the box the first option is to change the language. So you'll be fine.

    Doesn't matter where you buy (USA/Mexico) the tablet if you buy Android they are multi language on the intial setup.

    Have you tried resetting your modem? 1. Use a pen or paper clip to push the Reset Button on the back panel of the modem. 2. Hold down for 5-10 seconds. 3. Release when the Power light turns Red. 4. Wait 5 minutes for modem to reboot.

    Open Chrome on your computer. In the top right corner, click the Menu . Click Settings > Show advanced settings. In the "Languages" section, click Language and input settings. Select the language you'd like to use from the list. That should do the trick.
