  1. I went to So Chic yesterday to check it out. Very nice, well organized store. The owner is out of town and they will not be accepting consignment items until around the 6th of June.
  2. Thank you Moderator 2 and 5 for all of your hard work to remedy this situation.
  3. New fiber cable into your house to the location where you put your ONT device. We had our ONT terminal installed in a central location near electric outlet. They disconnected the existing cable but did not remove it, we had someone do that. We purchased Deco TP Link extenders and set them up and attached to new fiber unit so we get service throughout our entire, 2-story home and on our patios. (M5-1Pack) Our other two TPLink units are sitting on furniture .
  4. Where did you get that information as the article was just written yesterday and states " if the bill becomes law"...
  5. In case anyone is interested, I found yellow, red and green curry paste at SuperLake this morning.
  6. We have sold a lot of men's and women's clothing/shoes at Mia's during the last 6 years (approx. 200,000 pesos worth) which means we have made them a lot of money. I currently have 5 pairs of women's shoes (3 brand new pair with box and tags) that have been there since June 2022 and NOT put out for sale. I have asked every month WHY and get the same answer "we don't have room for all of the shoes that we have for sale". That's it, we are done. I am going to go in and get my shoes (hopefully they can find them) and take them to So Chic Boutique. Also, it is taking 6 months or more for them to put clothes out for sale once they are there. That means 6 months in a bag without getting any air to them, folded and wrinkled I would imagine. and, possibly put out during the wrong season. This is unacceptable.

  8. The last paragraph is what they should be concerned with.
  9. I am not doubting what HarryB posted. Just sharing what a searches revealed. The only information from U.S. is dr.handicap article. Here is the link for the snapshot information: http://www.disabledmotorists.eu/en/world_map/central_and_south_america/mexico.htm
  10. Excerpt from dr.handicap article - Mexico allows disabled individuals – as well as other classes of people such as elderly individuals over age 60 and pregnant women – to take advantage of these parking spots.
  11. Key word "renew". You need all items for any renewal.
  12. Sometimes you can't tell what actually is their health issue that causes them to park in those spots. Example: you can't see if someone has heart issues . I am not saying that there isn't abuse, just that you can't always judge a book by its cover.
  13. We paid our handyman to use his pick up and go to GDL to pick up a large item for us .
  14. No one said that the installer would come to your house at the time you speak with them, but, will schedule an appointment time for installation?
  15. https://mexiconewsdaily.com/news/amlo-positive-covid-19-says-not-serious/
  16. We had installers in Brisas during a scheduled period. Now, I know of two ppl that went to Telmex to schedule hook up. They waited...a long time. One other person tracked down an installer and had them come to their home at a specified time. IMO I would go to the service location up the street from the papeleria across from SuperLake and get an installer there.
  17. We are averaging a speed of 45 mps with Telmex fiber. Sometimes we are as high as 56. We certainly are happier with fiber than we were previously. We sometimes have 5 connections activated at the same time. Two-story home with Deco TP Link extenders. Out of town in Brisas de Chapala where service has notoriously been sub-standard. Not anymore!
  18. Happy with Telmex. We use Deco TP Link extenders for whole house and patio coverage.
  19. Not at Pancho's today. I will check SuperThief.
  20. The reason I asked if anyone knows if it is available is to try and avoid driving all over town. I would appreciate comments from those who actually know where it can be purchased locally, if anywhere.
  21. Is it available lakeside? I have already checked Pancho's. TIS so
  22. He said "I aways pay cash on delivery,".
