The reason I posted information for Alvaro Becerra was to make sure he DOES have citizenship in MX. Jim R must have citizenship somewhere before giving it up somewhere else. The black border is available at the garden center. I believe you have to buy it in 15 meter links but not sure. Just bought it 2 months ago.

FYI I was having problems with using all my reactions too. I did something that I don't see how it could possibly be related, but, it solved my problem, for now. I went to MY ATTACHMENTS and deleted all of them, which was a large amount. For some reason, I haven't had any problem with the number of reactions per day.
