Sadly, people used them for dog feces and garbage. I don't know if Villa Nova management tried to rectify the horror, but, the ultimate decision of management and M.S. was to remove them. I agreed and they are back to the recycling center. We are looking forward to redeploy them for someone who will watch them. I will confirm with the Delegado that they will be emptied promptly.

Ferret stealing the topic isn't nice. Hola Market is run by the lovely kids who operate the Costco etc delivery service. 5517052420. They will get whatever you want if it is available and not just Costco.

Manix is ready to continue its' dedicated service to the community! They are currently doing special events and catering as the WOW value is being added to the new venue. I.E. Valentines Day at a private elegant Ajijic Hacienda
( almost sold out in 48 hours), fund raiser for the Ranch, special events and catering. This is a long standing family business and needs your support especially now. Thanks for all you can do.
Why aren't we giving out the address? It is a construction site and not safe for visitors. When it is safe, rest assured all friends will be welcomed to tour. Special events are already being planned for friends.

Manix's 35+ years of service to the community with amazing holiday values, superb custom catering and universally wonderful international cuisine is moving to the Carretera with private parking, handicap access, huge dining room, bar, new staff, nightly entertainment, elegant expansive private meeting/ dining, tranquil / beautiful garden dining. new exciting menu and more. Renovations are underway and the atmosphere will be amazing. We are praying to be open at some point in February.
In the meantime, there will be a romantic special event at the beautiful old hacienda for Valentine's Day. Reservations being accepted now at 331. 065.0725
We are hoping that Manix II will blow you away . Please be patient and confident! Hecror has been in this business longer than almost anyone and you should remember his success at the Chapala Country club. He is planning meticulously!

One of our customers had a great idea.Drop off Tuesday........when someone in the neighborhood goes to the market, they take the neighborhood recycling to the recycling center which is just a mile or two west,Plastic////glass and cans///////cardboard would be appreciated

Please rinse out the containers.GlassAll glass bottles and containers. No lightbulbs, no Pyrex, no safety glass or heavy ornamental glass products.Tetra PakSORRY, NO CURRENT BUYERSCardboardAll clean cardboard. No heavily waxed cardboard. No heavily soiled cardboard. No greasy pizza boxes. Boxes need to be flattened. Please remove as much tape and staples as possible.PaperSORRY, NO CURRENT BUYERSPlasticsIf it does not have the recycle logo, we can not recycle it. Even for some that have the logo, we do not have buyers in place that will accept them. We can not accept containers from cooking oils or motor oils. We waited over an hour for our food and when we threatened to leave it quickly appeared , all crusty and dried out from a heat lamp.

They own Hola Market and I saw the team thursday.

As long as it is a flat screen, The recycling center in west Ajijic will take it. The older type is not recyclable due to chemicals involved.

We have worked out a solution that allows us to continue to accept plastic if it is sorted out of other recyclables.

Manix II Grand Opening April 27

There was another heading currently active about Manix being "Closed" . Since that was in this forum , I put the opening info in this forum.
There are two handicap access points. One is a separate entrance, with ramp, giving access to the main floor. The other gives access to the terrace. Hector has tried to think of everything. And yes he and his family have supported the Ajijic community for 37 years and he now deserves the community's support.
