Not cheap. A one bedroom will cost $600.00 and up. Now like anywhere you can find deals. I usually do. The sea is incredible. People have had Orcas swimming in the wake of their boats like dolphins. I like Paradise realty for rentals. formally known as Siesta. Ask for Brad and mention my name. -

I live in San Carlos and love it. Now it is hot in the summer. About 4 months of heat and humidity. I like San Carlos because it is a community. Lots of good restaurants, bars, and friendly people.Keep in mind it is a no hassle zone. Which means no visas required, cars with any plates anyone can drive. I am in Jocotepec for a few weeks now and which I was in San Carlos. -

I have been to the tiangius a lot years back. Odd how many autos had very low miles but, the floor matts were worn to the metal. Keep posting at times expats return to nob, also on the hwy I saw one with a number in the window and I called while driving behind. Turned out to be a good truck. -
Nothing government about it. Roca Azul is divided into three sections The Club, number one just before the club with guards., and section 2 just off the hwy. with remote controlled gate.

Two main problems water which has gotten a little better and garbage pick up. I have been renting for 10 years have been lucky to have a great landlord. I love it out there my home is somewhat isolated. BTW I am in session 2. I forgot the power seems to go out often. I hear CFE has been cutting trees. Should help.

I can't remember the name of the school I. sent my daughter it is in San Antonio near the theater. Also one very nice by Villa Nova. So if anybody will answer with the names would be nice. You may want to search for schools in the Aijic area. There are good schools there. My stepped daughter is now an M. D. Now be ready you may think you stepped into the movie set of Cocoon. -

IFE/INE Renewal question FOR MEXICAN CITIZENS please
vetteforron replied to Natasha's topic in Ajijic/Chapala/Guadalajara
A year ago here in Guaymas Sonora I needed to change from Jocotepec to here. I was told to make an appointment by my Mexican friend. I did not. I just showed up and was asked if I had an appointment? I said I ddi not know I needed one. The guy went inside and returned told me to get in line. With-in 30 minutes I walked out with new card. My advice just show up and give it a try. -
It was over 20 years ago for me. So they say back in the good ole days. It has many curves. I remember rounding a curve and almost plowed through a herd of burros. Just a couple of places to stop and enjoy the Pacific.
