  1. You are getting some very bad information from some of the members. First, who is your internet provider? Second, go to Google and type "Ookla Speedtest" and run the test. Let me know the PING number (in milliseconds) and the DOWNLOAD number (in Mbps). The numbers will reveal what is possible on your Firestick.
  2. Real Debrid has nothing to do with Live TV.
  3. Name something better for $50 US. The only one I can think of is the Chromecast TV. And please don't say Roku. They are great devices but not if you want to sideload apps.
  4. You may be able to change the mind of "an" anti-masker. You just won't change the mind of "this" anti-masker. He's pretty much incapable of admitting error or contrition. He just wants to "own the libs". That's the agenda.
  5. You said in your original post that the study was "peer reviewed". The study's author is a physical therapist, for f's sake. The publication lied about his credentials (or the author did). Why can't you just man-up and apologize for posting misleading information. The "study" was not peer reviewed and you make yourself look very small for defending this misinformation. Please research before you post. It would be a great help to this forum. Waiting for the counterattack. You're not known for any semblance of self-reflection.
  6. The study that MC posted last week about facemasks shows that the author, Baruch Vainshelboim " is listed as part of the cardiology division at the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System at Stanford University." "But he has no affiliation with Stanford, according to the university. Stanford School of Medicine spokeswoman Julie Greicius said in a prepared statement that Stanford supports the use of face masks to control the spread of COVID-19." "A LinkedIn account for Vainshelboim lists his profession as a clinical exercise physiologist. He did not respond to a request for comment." "The article appeared in the journal Medical Hypotheses, which its publisher says has the purpose “to publish interesting theoretical papers.” David Gorski, a surgical oncologist who writes about medical misinformation, told The Associated Press the journal publishes "fringe science and hypotheses." Why am I not the least bit surprised. Here's the full article: Fact Check
  7. Yes. Here's the location: https://goo.gl/maps/NNetXdk43cmqRnCy6
  8. You should contact the Municipio de Tlajomulco after today and find out if any residents were denied access to the vaccine due to shortages. Please post when you receive an answer. Then we can talk about ethics and morality.
  9. They absolutely know more. We went to the government site and it stated you have to be a resident of Tlajomulco Municipio to receive the Pfizer shot. After reading stories on the Covid-19 Facebook group, we discovered that the University in Tlajomulco wasn't enforcing the residency requirement, and we got vaccinated. Invaluable information.
  10. I've never understood why people who are leery of FB just don't setup a throwaway email and create a FB account with a fake name and no personal information. The Lakeside Covid-19 group is a great resource in times like these.
  11. If you live west of Ajijic you may want to try this route: https://goo.gl/maps/a61w7bNpbcgZdbzd7 We went Wednesday, arriving at 1:00 and there was only one car ahead of us in the line. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. They give you a Comprobante (proof of 1st visit). To reiterate what others have said: You must have the registration form printed from the gov. website and a copy of your CURP. We also had our passports, visas (permanente) and a utility bill, but they only looked at the CFE bill.
  12. IPTV in some cases is illegal. Go back to the website and use a little creative thinking.
  13. Yeah, it's pretty odd to be offering speeds over 100Mbps and not have all 1000Mbps ports. I bought this to take care of the problem: 5 port unmanaged switch
  14. Definitely the Firestick 4K.
  15. OK, I finally figured it out. My Ilox AN5506-02-F has two Lan ports. Port 1 supports 1000Mbps while Port 2 only supports 100Mbps. I plugged my TP Link into Port 1 and now have 220Mbps wireless (5Ghz) according to Fast.com Even faster on Ookla:
  16. Hard wired to the Ilox modem. Port set to 80 on Ilox modem. I have the option on the TP Link to set Duplex to 1000Mbps, but it won't apply the settings. It must have something to do with the router/modem handshake, or perhaps a faulty router. Hey, thanks for your time.
  17. Acrylic says my 5Ghz wireless max speed is 1300Mbps (from my laptop). My Wi-Fi Adapter (Intel 3650) shows max speed of 433.3Mbps. Hard wired I'm getting 350Mbps. I can't find any options to change the port in the modem setup, it's currently set to 80.
  18. I have the Ilox AN5506-02-F Modem. Is anybody using a router that is negotiating with the modem at 1000Mbps? If so, what is the make and model of the router? I have a TP Link Archer A9 and I can't get it to communicate with the modem at more than 100Mbps, so all my wireless devices are capped at 100Mbps. I have the 350Mpbs package with Ilox. Thanks
  19. Yeah, same thing here. I have a TP Link router used as a Wireless Access Point and I get 95Mbps down using the 5Ghz connection. My laptop is about 20 feet from the router. Ethernet gives me 150Mbps down.
  20. Much less cost? Ilox offers 60mbps at $483. How much cheaper is it?
  21. Looks like I received an upgrade from ILOX. I had the 100mbps package and have been upgraded to 150mbps. Has anyone else noticed the increase in speed? Here's a link to the new packages: http://www.ilox.mx/paquetes?lang=en
