Totalplay has been a disaster for me. Frequent short outtages and it has taken me over a month to cancel the service. Impossible to get help in English. After 5 tries I got a Spanish-speaking friend to help interpret and they forbid this... said they had to speak to me directly and I couldn't use him to translate. Three times I talked to someone in English, finally, but when they transferred me to someone to cancel my service, there was no one there who spoke English.. It was so frustrating. Four times we were disconnected. In the end I was online about 6 hours and even after I pd. an extra month's service (which I hadn't used) they still can't give me a document that I have cancelled until someone comes by to pick up my wifi machine. I am so totally fed up with Totalplay!!!! Ive gone back to Telmex.
