Zapex -- mirtazapine (generic name) or Remeron in the U.S. -- is an antidepressant. It should not be used as a sleep aid.

There's an herbal/homeopathic formula called Vivinox that has worked well for me. It's available at local farmacias in a small box. If it works for you, you can buy it much cheaper in a large box at Costco.

And how about in reverse: I just became Permanente, and my husband is still Temporal. The car was imported in my name but I can't make the trip to get it out of the country for a few months. Can my husband drive it in the meantime?
