Dani has worked for me and others a number of years here in Riviera Alta. The others have moved to their final resting places and he needs more work. Little toe was broken many years ago and the misalignment caused the excessive friction on the nail which eventually split with the outer half becoming deformed. Dr Sam removed the outer half of the nail in his office for $2000. Info re recovery to follow.

The nail on my little toe is deformed and is painful when pressure is applied by shoe. Filing it down helps but not much. Am thinking the best solution might be simply removing it. Does anybody have experience with this and recommendations for way forward?

Had a expert advise me and he recommended a "water circulator" which is another small pump located near the bath on the wall outside that keeps the water for the bathroom warm.

Have on demand gas water heater (Calorex) but long ways from bath tub. Am sure much heat is lost in pipes with this cold weather. Am sure othershave had same problem. What solutions have worked? Bigger on-demand gas, electric booster near tub, something else?

As a healthy self-insured permanent resident in my 70s, I wonder if IMSS would be a worthwhile investment as catatrophic insurance. Thoughts from people in the IMSS system would be appreciated.

Think they and Super Lake generally mark-up Costco stuff 20%, but you may personally be able to negotiate a better deal for larger quantities.

Yes Joel is very creative. We ate the lumpia, the boudin balls and the avacado toast appetizers. All good and presented beautifully. My favorite was the avacado toast. Also ordered the jambalaya and etouffe. Both good. The chairs weren't very comfortable and the garden is a work in progress. So nice to have a new restaurant with NOLA/ Cajun cooking. We'll definately go back.
