UPDATE: I spoke with the Mexican woman that found the little lost Chinese Pug. With translation via her daughter I am told that they are actively searching for the owner throu posts at vet offices as well posting at various stores. If they cannot locate the owner then they wish to keep the dog as her children have fallen in love with him. Hopefully if there is an owner looking for him they will connect.

I will get all the information and PM you with it.

Apparently the dog named “Elvis” has been found however, the woman with a number of pugs is willing to care for the little lost dog until the owner is located and she is in a better position to look after him. We will keep posting to find the real owner and hope he wasn’t dumped. In any event he will be kept safe, warm and well fed by someone that knows the care requirements of pugs.

I am hopeful we are on the track to the owner. A woman posted on Facebook about “Elvis” with a scar on his back and white toenails. I am hopeful there will be a reunion today. Fingers crossed. karen

My neighbor (former Octavio Paz) in Riberas has taken in a lost Chinese Pug found wearing a ripped and shredded shirt and a collar. It looks to be a younger dog but I am no authority on age of dogs. If you know of anyone missing a Pug please PM me and I will put you in touch with the people caring for the little one. Someone must be looking for this little guy.

The female black and white dog is now at The Ranch and named Madison now. A picture (or two included)

A black and white lab type dog followed me home today while walking my dogs in Riberas. She looks to be 1 to 3 years old. She is quite a striking looking girl, very clean and appears well looked after. She seems lost and not dumped as she was searching every street as we walked along. I will attempt to post a picture of her once pics appear on my iPad from phone. I think she may be Mexican owned but just a guess.
