when we lot a very large amount of people in France some years ago because of a heat wave the first ones to go were the old people . They died of dehydration because they did not realize they were not drinking enough liquid.. They were not that thirsty and that did them in really fast.. I think the number of death was like 15 000.. It was a night mare because the days in northern EUrope are very long in the summer and there is no time for the nights to cool off. I remember looking at the temperature at 2 am and it was like 37.. I was sleeping on the tile on the floor to be cooler and it did not semm to make any differnce.. We are lucky here in altitude the nights ae cool and it gives us some time to cool off. I think the heat is probably bad for people who do not have shde around the house of face south or west and do not have cross ventilation. I am lucky our house is under large trees and facing north so only the late afternoons get a little warm but it is not bad..

I went to 3 other therapist one frlm guadalajara and I never was gkven anything to remember the exervises I had to do . I hate exercise amd i.midiately forget what I am.supposed to fl.. Jorge did his trakni g in Europe where therapists are super well trained and it shows when you go to him.

For how long will you need these two people?

What I like about Jorge is that he actually develops a program and gives you pictures of the exercises you need to do , most others do not so you forget what you are supposed to do by the time you get home..

Try the LCS in Ajijic. OR the Legion in Chapaña All bars and restaurants are full of expats but they usually know each other..Try the donut place Dona donuts accrosz the Guadalajara farmacy as well.

240 pesos an hour to walk a dog.. You have to get kidding. That is what I pay a mason for the day in Chiapas,. I know there is a big differnce between the 2 states but still.. A housesitter is 250 pesos a day and for one hour walk 240 pesos.. Sorry to say but it is crazy.

And you could go to the Ajijic plaza on days they play chess and find the Russian boy. The kids call him..Russian who knows he maybe Eastern European. I would think the first thing to do is to find out what other languages the woman speak. MOst European speak various languages.. If you cannot get out and find the priroski place in plaza Montana or go to a chess game at the Ajijkc plaza to adk around you ard not going to go very far. .

Yes I know from.my godson that there is a Russian kid who plays chest i the plaza in Ajijic He has Russian parents.. The mam who sold us the hpuse is married to a Russian woman and her mother and aunt used to live on ocampo A large property at the corner of ocampo and the street that goes to the French bakery Ihas a large red house.I do not know if they are still there but it is owneed by the same man..They go beween the Us and here.

From what I hear many ukranians also speak Russian so depending on your needs you could get the Rusdian family in Ajijic help you with rhe language.

i am Franch married to a us cirizen and naturaluzed Mexican. I have 3 different names one for each country .
