  2. Is it possible to get an invoice supporting the custom charges on shipments from the US? (Specifically at mailboxes in San Antonio) Sometimes the custom charges are more than the item itself. They never provide me with any documentation to support the charges. Thanks for your help in advance.
  3. Has anyone purchased a black box (for video streaming) from the 'Gadgets Guy' or 'Chapala TV'? Did you have a positive or negative experience? ie: Were you able to use the features he promoted? Did he respond to any of your questions with direct answers or did you feel he was just giving you the run around? I purchased the product slightly less than a week ago and cannot get any real communication from him and am wondering if anyone had a positive experience and could assist me in getting one. Thank you.
