I didn't know it had to be renewed.

Is it only good for a year?

Is good for three years, and you can find your expiration date right on the policy.  Second paragrap on the writting below the member name are four paragraphs; second paragraph states that has to be renewed and mine gives me a date which in my case is June 16, 2016.  It also states that I can renew from May 17 to July 16, 2016.  Thanks for reminding me.

  2. You might not notice it but Mexicans are not always kind to the foreigners. There is a lot of Mexican discrimination to us from other countries. I am fluent on Spanish and they pretend to be nice and polite but since I look gringo they usually think I do not understand what they say, I hear their conversations regarding foreigners and you would be surprised about the comments. They seem to be nice but beware.

  3. Are you in Ajijic? If you are, there are hiking trails at the end of Colon St and Encarnacion Street. The last will take up to the Waterfall called El Tepalo. Follow the street which is the one going by the Guadalajara Pharmacy to the top, stay on the right and it will take you to the beginning of the trail. Also, at the end of Colon the trail will take you to the Chapel and many other hiking trails.

If you mean private chauffeurs there are several. The cost to the airport by private car cost me around 500 pesos a year ago.

Most people buy games and videos at several places in town since they are all pirate copies. I do not rent videos or games so I have no ideas of cost but must likely much cheaper than NOB.

I have not found closed captioning and would like to since I am hard of hearing and I use Sky Satellite.

Internet here supposedly is as fast as you can afford but it really does not work that way. I have Telmex Infinitum and supposed to have 5Megas but never reads more than 1. It is Mexico and thing do not work all the time.

Hope I have answered all your questions. If not I am sure somebody else will.

    Good luck

  4. I am planning on moving to Roca Azul but not in the subdivision but on the entrance road to Roca Azul. I have tried to communicate with Telecable but there nobody seems to know (not too strange since nobody knows nothing in there) if there is Telecable Service in that street with is Avenida de la Carpa. If you know or know somebody in that neighborhood that has Telecable please let me know. Gracias.
