We have Canadian friends who want to come down and will housesit for you at no charge.  Please call Paul and Marie-Paul Lacasse.  001-250-836-0033.  I e-mailed them about your housesitter request and they just called me very excited about the opportunity!  We have known them for over 7 years when we first rented out our casita to them.  They have housesat for us taking care of our 2 dogs.  We highly recommend them!
