I am looking for a really good local doctor who has specialist connections.  English is a requirement as my Spanish doesn't extend to this kind of conversation.  The generalist must be local while the specialist can either come periodically or I can go to Guadalajara to them.  I have a complicated medical history so need a really good diagnostician.  Thanks for any help.
