  1. Ooops, I missed the earlier post. Thanks
  2. Care to mention specific stores by chance? I would be a happy buyer. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ˜Š.
  3. Duck confit. Peaches n cream corn. Canadian salted butter. KFC πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.
  4. Sorry to hear this Ken. Fingers crossed. Hope she turns up soon.
  5. We have been coming down for nine years and to the best of my recollection, 50 pesos per hour has been more or less the β€œnorm” for the whole time. Might be time to arrive at a new norm eh? Just saying. 😊. Yes we do have a maid and yes we do pay her more than 50 pesos per hour and she is worth every peso.
  6. I may need to rent a car here for two to three weeks. Just looking for basic transportation at a reasonable price. Any and all suggestions/recommendations sincerely appreciated. Gracias.
  7. How does one β€œignore” a specific poster? Could not find the info on the site, thanks.
  8. 25 minutes start to finish at the BP station on the librmiento about an hour ago. Orderly lines. good luck.
  9. But, no more wrestling with the jugs time after time. 😊.
  10. I wonder if the new owners are following this discussion?

Interesting. I have looked in here twice in the last three weeks. Very similar impression and experience including the fact that the young women were practicing their service. I hope, by the time they actually open, their service reflects all the practice ??. I am very much looking forward to the opening which I have heard will be sometime around the first week in the new year. Left my contact info with Scarlet, the manageress. She promised to let me know when the opening will take place. We shall see. ?.
  12. Thanks all. Interesting experience. The key does have a chip which I thought would be a problem. Not so apparently. Got the job done with a minimum of fuss. Not cheap but certainly good to know it can be done locally. Never like only having one key. ?.
  13. Hola, I need to get a spare ignition key cut. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I suspect I will need to go to the dealer in Guadalajara but would prefer not if possible. The car is a ten year old Chrysler product. Thanks.
