Jalisco announced a few days ago that they will purchase vaccines, but it will not be until October, because all production until then is committed already.
-
The vaccines require a special type of syringe . They also need to be mixed at the with another liquid in the syringe. They are one use only.

In the Dallas area they have rolling blackouts since about 4am Monday. My sister reports 45 minutes on then 45 minutes off. She was off 5 minutes ago. She told me that wind turbines are in fact off for protection from damage, and power plants shut down for the cold because they were not designed to operate in the current temps. She said the power usage has been higher than the hottest day last year, .Dallas expects zero ( -17.6 C) tonight and another round of snow further south Houston expects freezing rain tonight. -

Two of my nephews in their twenties (they don't live at home) have been at events and weddings with groups. One has had Covid with almost no symptoms & recovered. The youth in GDL don't get it.

You Possibly there is a problem with your CURP> if you continue to get the you are not 60 message.... you may need to go to Registro Civil in Jocotepec on the plaza. Take original and copies of your resident card. If you have it your birth certificate and translation you used when you obtained your resident card. Also a printed copy of your CURP. You might also want to print a screen shot of the message. -

They are open 24 hours. Enter the parking garage. Turn right and take the ramp up to the next level. Turn right and go up the second ramp. Near the elevators is the test center. Have your flight reservation so you don't pay extra.

As to mileage I don't know. Road around Lagos de Moreno was repaved. Other than higher toll changes and the addition of a toll booth for the new couta just short of Laredo I think anyone could follow this and be fine If you are going to fly back definitly check out to avoid problems. As to the camper unless it looks brand new it is doubtful you would have a problem. RickS has given great directions

I do not think poorly of Mexicans. I have said nothing negative about Mexicans And I certainly understand them far better than you do. What I said is you live in a gringo world. You are not aware of what the average Mexican thinks or understands about the pandemia. Saying they need to be educated on how they as individuals can do something is logical. You say most of us have cellphones thus everyone knows about the pandemia . Well most of the younger people are busy reading face, and twitter, and sending whatsapp messages... not reading news stories like gringos do. Ask 100 Mexic

You are living in a Gringo world. By your definition most Mexicans are living in a cave in the Antarctic because they don't watch news stations around the world. I watch Azteca, Las Estrellas, and the local Guadalajara news on a daily basis. Also sometimes AMLO's morning press conference, but he is so hard to listen to I change the channel. I listen to the radio . Nothing even in the government national news network that is played on the hour , I read the newspapers No full page ads showing what is necessary. (I'm watching the conference right now regarding Covid with Hugo López-Gatel
