  5. PASE works in all of Mexico. A couple of years ago this system was created so people didn't need 3 or 4 different toll tags. There are many other local that only work in their own region. Based on the TELEVIA website it only works in a few areas. To the border you really need PASE.

  11. From University of Guadalajara website. They discard the total stoppage of activities by COVID-19 in Jalisco, for which the emergency button will be reconsidered, Governor Enrique Alfaro Ramírez officially confirmed. The settings will be announced on Sunday. And because entrepreneurs and businesses are not to blame for the infections, which have occurred mainly in family gatherings, with friends and in the nightlife and not in economic or work activity, as Alfaro specified when concluding a meeting with businessmen, officials and with the Rector of the University of Guadalajara. ************************ So we will hear more on Sunday

  15. Correct & Correct. Pipila is the nickname of a local hero of the city of Guanajuato in Mexico. His real name was Juan José de los Reyes Martínez Amaro (1782–1863) Pípila, became famous for an act of heroism near the very beginning of the Mexican War of Independence on 28 September 1810. With a long, flat stone tied to his back to protect him from the muskets of the Spanish troops, Pípila carried tar and a torch to the door of the Alhóndiga and set it on fire. The insurgents–who far outnumbered the Spanish in the warehouse–stormed inside and killed all the soldiers and the civil Spanish refugees. Easy ride up to the monument
  16. From University of Guadalajara website. On Thursday, July 30, they will announce if the emergency button is to be activated by COVID-19 results, which would imply a halt to economic activities in Jalisco for at least 14 days. The Governor of Jalisco reminded us that if the 400 cases of weekly incidence and 50% of hospital occupation were reached, the break would have to occur, and today Jalisco is dangerously close to those figures as of today. "That is why today we are taking several tasks, we are all taking tasks, to do analysis and we are going to meet on Thursday, hoping to have conclusions, we trust that with the discipline and commitment of Jalisco, to the extent that all Let's do our part and we all understand that we have to leave the house only for what is necessary and to the extent that we understand that the emergency is not over, I am confident that with the solidarity and commitment of all we will be able to leave ahead".
  17. It is very common and has been around a long time before the palm plague South American palm weevils, which are 2-inch-long, jet black bugs with long snouts are the problem. The bugs are known to prefer infesting and destroying Canary Island date palms, sago palms, date palms, coconut palms, and African oil palms. But they also feed on 35 other kinds of plants, and even citrus and avocado. The larvae eat the palms from the inside out, typically in the crown of the tree, which makes it impossible for the tree to grow new fronds and causes it to die from the top down.

  19. Some K95 or KN95 masks have an "air exit valve" to make it easier to exhale. While these protect the wearer from virus inhalation they do not protect others from the virus exhaled by the wearer. Possibly that is what the poster means by respirator
