  3. Any Mexican newspaper Hundreds of links. just go to your favorite. Was on the news again today if you watch Mexican TV.
  4. That street has been widened, is paved and open. The problem is the manner to enter from the libramiento. Would be impossible for big trucks, Fine for cars.
  5. Even more reason for the on-line option of a basic will. One would assume that as a non resident your assets are financial. If so then adding beneficiaries to those accountscould be a possibility.
  6. You should have a will designed for the state of residence you have in the US. Actually there are many on-line attorneys with websites that do this step by step for your state for a very reasonable cost. Unless you have a very complicated situation it is pretty basic.
  7. If one follows the Mexican news daily both in print and on TV you would know that the vast majority of people referred to in the article are here visiting relatives/family/friends who are Mexicans. Many are dual citizens thus being categorized as foreigners.

  13. The Mexican government thru IBAP insures deposits in qualified institutions for up to 400,000 UDI's At his time a UDI is just under 8 pesos. A variety of financial institutions operate in Mexico offering deposit accounts and investment vehicles that, while perfectly legal, are not covered by the IPAB public insurance scheme. In the event of any problems that may arise, depositors may lose part or all of their deposits or investments as happened in this case with Monex https://www.gob.mx/ipab https://www.banxico.org.mx/SieInternet/consultarDirectorioInternetAction.do?accion=consultarCuadro&idCuadro=CP150&locale=en
  14. To title and register it in Montana if it is now legally registered in Mexico it would have been exported from the US and you would first need to "import" it to the US. A pretty basic process, but would need to be done.
  15. I posted it because it works. Many people including myself have used it successfully. Read the whole thread!
