It never ceases to amaze me as to how many experts there are out there that have all the answers... way better than any gob-ment type fellows who have way better information. But what do I know.

Did you catch it? I didn't get a pic but here is one from Punta Mita last night

The usa fed is talking rate reduction with usa still having mega inflation. So get ready for the peso to rise. Usa fed is showing how horrible they are at this. They slow inflation down to just 3% increase but haven't brought down inflation from the past 2 years at all. The usa bubble is going to pop and its going to be really bad.
US Inflation Rate is at 3.14%, compared to 3.24% last month and 7.11% last year. This is lower than the long term average of 3.28%.

First Post for him. Left contact phone numbers so probably doesn't see the need to return. Just a guess.

He probably meant $10,000 US. IF he did mean 10,000 pesos he should be shot!

I was reacting to the content of your Post, not your Post.... how sad it is to not be able to know that France and Brazil do not border the US. Or how many dimes there are in a dollar!
Sad.

Oh, OK, yes. I misread as was 'envisioning' a cuota from Aguas up towards Laredo, not just those pieces that have always been there north and south a bit of AGS. Haven't had a chance to take the 'new' west cuota around AGS.... long needed (but I never really minded driving straight through).
Thanks again.

Yes, it does look like I've missed the 'live' ones.....

59F last two nights west side of Ajijic....

Haven't been here on Christmas for a while. Is/are there any particular streets that will have Posadas? And is the live creche still at the Ajijic cathedral?
-
Thanks John.... but what cuotas are there on the 'AGS route to Laredo'?
-
Yes, try there... AutoZone.... or ORMA in Riberas across from Mom's Cafe.

It's been a while since I drove OUT of Mexico through Torreon. Last time the road from Zacatecas up to Torreon was in bad repair. Also somewhat the cuota north of Torreon.
Anybody gone north that route in the last year?

Many of them... look in the weekly Guadalajara Reporter and/or the December Ojo del Lago.

The moral of that story is.... buy only for yourself. 🤣

I took that route last week 'just to observe it' as there was some talk about trucks potentially using it. NO truck traffic could make it on that route! That's probably a good thing.
Under certain circumstances using that route could be a time saver depending on Libramiento and Carretera traffic and just where one is coming from/going to, but I don't see it as a big solution to much of anything. There are two sets of topes on that calle, one at the entrance into El Parque and another north. It is the part north of the Little Theater entrance that has been expanded up to the Libramiento lateral. Nice surface.... at least for the time being. It WAS raining when I traveled it and there was a significant amount of water flowing down the street.

This is not a question one really has to ask.....

Unfortunately pool noodles probably won't work as my lines are pretty tight loops.
Laparoscopic surgery for hernia. Looking for info and recommendations.

Jreboll, are there any significant differences between laparoscopic and herniorrhaphy surgery? Wondering why you asked/suggested. FWIW, I had that same surgery done NOB laparoscopically a few years ago....
