  1. My friend just contacted them using this technique: go to their Facebook page, send them a message that includes the following: Your name, your confirmation number, who you bought the ticket through (Interjet or a 3rd party), how you paid for the ticket (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and your Mexican telephone or cell phone number. He said you can expect a response in 1 to 2 days. Good luck!
  2. No need to respond. I see on the photo of the modem that it is Netwey. I talked to a representative on the phone and was told the speed is 20mbps and there are various plans depending on how many GB of data you want. The plan for 150 GB is $499 per month. It is a limited plan, meaning when you use all your GB of data the service is disconnected until you pay for the next month. This was all done in Spanish but I think I am close. Does this sound familiar?
  3. Suzy, Is the name of the company providing your internet service Netwey? Someone just sent me information on this company and by your description, it sounds like it could be one in the same.
  4. Suzy. At which Telcel office is Sandra located? Also, does the plan you have have a speed cap on it? Meaning, do you know the maximum speed you can receive. I am the person in Joco that Ferret referred to. My plan has a speed cap of 10 mbps. I have the plan that is 100 MB per month for $399 with the option to purchase 25 MB additional for $100 pesos should be exceed the 100 MB. I got my plan and the modem at the main Telcel office in Laguna Plaza. Thanks for any information you can provide.
  5. What documents did Spenser need to get the RFC number for you?
