Although, he tried to rip you off, the driver told you the truth. Uber has a written agreement negotiated between GDL government, taxi drivers and Uber to only service area he mentioned. This agreement stopped the damages, vehicle fires, rock throwing, etc. from taxi drivers to Uber drivers. Now, some rogue Uber drivers are violating that agreement. Rogue Uber drivers are the ones hanging around the airport and working in lakeside. They have no authorization to sell their services at either location. Uber is not supposed to be servicing lakeside which is why so few are here and many of them want you to call them directly so they can charge whatever they want and pocket the whole charge. They are the rogue Uber drivers. You got caught by one who is simply trying a new scam to get more money from you.

If this is correct why does the Uber app allow start or end point outside the agreed area

  2. from the "The Week USA"

Pampered dogs, after The Wilson, a restaurant in Manhattan, debuted special dishes for dogs and their owners to share on an outdoor patio. The menu includes a $42 grilled rib eye with baby vegetables and a $14 bowl of mixed berries.

  3. A team from  Guadalajara performs colonoscopies at the Ajijic Clinic once a month on Saturdays.

You can book either at the clinic or at Dr Leon's cost is/was about $5000 + the prep solution.

Found and removed all the cancerous tissue in my wife's colon,  that was confirmed when she later had her colon removed.

That is about the best recommendation I can give.

  4.  Laws tend to be optional Mexico whether we like it or not.

How many of us pay all the taxes we are liable for or have not given a donation to a policeman.

Picking your favourite law and expecting the world to obey it a little optimistic.

Need for insurance:  It shouldn't require much imagination to picture yourself being backed over by a golf cart. You don't think you'd suffer injury? You bet you would.  Who should pay for it?  Insurance, normally.   I haven't heard one good reason as yet why car owners should be required to carry insurance and golf cart owners should be exempt.

Licenses:  Car drivers are required to be tested, including eye tests, before they are licensed to drive.  Should a person whose sight is seriously impaired be allowed on the road in ANY kind of vehicle?   There are other matters, such as knowledge of the rules and capability to drive properly for which car owners are tested.  Why should golf cart drivers be exempt?

Arguments about golf carts saving air pollution and gas mileage are red herrings.

    Car owners tested in Mexico!!

Have you taken the test here?

How many golf cart drivers are not also car drivers with licenses.

Global warming is fake news as well!!
