Thank you for all the great information and recommendations. Eventually I'll do a whole house regulator, but not right now. I ended up taking the voltage regulator back to Walmart and getting one designed for appliances with motors (Kolblenz 1500VA) . I've only done 3 loads of clothes, but it seems to be working just fine.

I’ve been having trouble with my clothes dryer shutting off after 3-5 minutes. I checked the voltage at the outlet and find it varies throughout the day from 125 to 140 volts. So I assume the problem is my voltage is too high. I bought a Kolblevz 1400 VA voltage regulator at Walmart but it has no affect on the voltage going to the dryer. Whatever it reads at the outlet is the same reading I get from the plug on the regulator. I assume I have bought the wrong voltage regulator or the wrong device. Can anyone tell me what I really need to get my dryer to work? Many thanks.

Small dog surgeon recommendation
ttervooren replied to ttervooren's topic in Let's Talk About our Furry and Feathered Friends
The surgery went very well. Dr. Ladron was very receptive to my many questions and put me at ease before the surgery. Dulcecita and I arrived at 9 am and left at 12:30 with the 2 extra canine teeth in a cute little container. I thought the cost was very reasonable at 1400 pesos (they also cleaned her teeth and clipped the toenails). The staff was very professional and kind. I could not be happier with the service and the care they gave to my puppy. Thank you all again for the recommendation. -

Many thanks to you folks for the recommendations. Dulcecita and I will meet with the surgeon at the Ladron Clinic tomorrow. -
I am looking for a recommendation for a local veterinarian for surgery to remove some teeth from my puppy. She is a 1 year old Prague Ratter who still has some of her puppy teeth. I am concerned because of the possible problems with anesthesia since my puppy is small, 4 pounds. I would appreciate any recommendations. Thank you.

Thank you, RVGringo and canmex87. I was able to pay in cash at Oxxo. Hopefully delivery won't be a problem like it was with Telcel and I'll have a modem early next week.

I am trying to buy a modem on Mercado Libre. It does not take my credit card. I assume that is because it is a US card. Can anyone confirm that, please?

I also go to Christine. Best hair cuts I've had 10 years...in the US, Canada, or Mexico. Give her a try. Yes, she is fast, but she is also very skilled.

Thank you. Flyers are up. Applied to a Google Group and will post there once I have access. I don't have a facebook account. Took him to the vet yesterday and the groomer today. He checked out just fine. He is 4-5 years old. He said that the dog had probably been on the street for quite awhile. And the groomer said he was good on the table and had obviously been groomed before. I will PM you Bdlngton if I don't hear from an owner in a few days. You will have the first option. If anyone else is interested let me know. He really is a nice dog.

This nice black and grey miniature schnauzer? has been hanging around our house for a few days. He has no collar. He is small, about 9 inches at the shoulder. I would guess he weighs about 10 pounds. He does not look like a street dog but may have been lost for a while as his coat is matted and he has picked up some burrs. We ignored him for a few days to see if he would go home, but he shows up on our terrace every morning. I fed him today, but we would like to find his owners. Please PM or call me (766-4413) if you know who his people are. If there is another place to get the word out abou
