Per Telcel's Política de Uso Justo (PUJ), with the 349 peso plan you are allowed to use 150gb with no speed cap. After that the speed is throttled to 2mbps until your next billing cycle.

Same here with CFE, Telmex, Telcel for 3+ years now and no problems.

That didn't work on my phone so texted 2252 and so far so good.

Gee, I've been baffled by more than a few Canadians and, gasp, Mexicans too, wondering why they need to talk so loudly.

Sin frontera is part of my plan - extra 50 pesos/month, and I use Telcel successfully in the US to call US phones. I dial only the 10 digit area code+number just like using a US cell phone - it uses the TMobile system. To call another Telcel phone that is in the US however, I have to dial 011+52+1 etc.

How does INM confirm the date of an address change?
