Not at all. He is citing someone who was selling something on Mercado Libre and he is correctly explaining the whole RFC situation. I suggest you watch it. He specifically cites the Mercado Libre rule change that triggered the higher tax withholding.

I, for one, have learned quite a bit from some of these videos. If I don't want to watch, then I just move on. I suggest you might want to do the same, Chapalence, and let others make their own decisions.

When I first bought this house, there were two bugambilia bushes in the stone flowerbed. Those things BITE and after four years I had them removed. I love Plumbago which has periwinkle blue flowers but it's not a vine. So I put heavy duty hooks at the top of the twelve foot wall and also about two feet above the soil. Then I bought 8 foot by twelve foot nylon mesh (4 inch squares) and hung it on the hooks at the top and bottom to stretch it out. I had already planted the Plumbago but this was my way of getting it up the wall. As it grew, I threaded the mesh with the new growth. Here it is after two years (and it was pruned a couple of months ago). Time for another pruning but I HATE cutting off the flowers which hold their blossoms for a very long time.

Alt+NumPad is a Windows thing and not at all universal. I think MacOS has a rough equivalent, which is likewise unique to Macs. The approach I describe above is universal, on any system that supports multiple keyboard layouts -- which means everything except phones and tablets. (Phone OSes have long-press character options.) Just add a second layout, make it US International w/Dead Keys (or similar), and set a hotkey for switching to and from the second keyboard. On Chrome OS, that's Settings > Languages and Inputs > Inputs and Keyboards. By default you probably only have English (US) set up. So, Inputs and Keyboards > + Add Input Methods. Check the box for English (US) with International > Add. You'll notice that you can choose either layout right there in the settings, and an indicator near the taskbar clock toggles between EN and IN. There's also a settings message Keyboard shortcut available, stating that the default hotkey (shortcut) is Ctrl+Space. Now close the Settings. Hit Ctrl+Space a few times and watch the indicator toggle between EN and IN. Now let's try it out. Open any app where you can type some text. Switch to IN. Type r'esum'e. The output will be résumé. Switch back to EN if you're done typing accented characters. You're done. Now you're the United Nations. World peace can't be far off. LQ

Great medicinal powers too (external use)! Early 2000's got a VERY nasty cat bite.... nobody's fault... cat just terrified. Two deep bites into index finger right hand. Antibiotics weren't touching it...... swollen, red, and painful. Swelling and discoloration then showed up in thumb. Gardener-handyman saw me favouring my "paw". Inspected, grabbed me, dragged me over to plumbago in full bloom and took a great gob of flowers only off. Dragged me to kitchen door. "Put these in a small pot, bring to a boil, simmer a few minutes (result was a dark-looking "tea"), remove the flowers, and as soon as you can barely tolerate it, get that part of your hand immersed in it and keep it there for 10 minutes. Reheat a little if starts to cool, and do it at least 3 times a day. At least that pretty much what I thought he said, with his mix of Spanish and across-the-lake home town dialect..... and must have been close because in about a week totally healing....... no redness, pain, or sign of infection. And never left even a teensy scar.

Then when you get to airport show his ticket to the reception "help" area person juts inside incoming doors. They will see it's been booked and will call for a wheelchair guy to come and get him. Depending on various things, guy will either stay, or say he'll be back in time for the next step (to the plane) from the gate. Be sure to give a nice tip......they can't count on many trips a day and get paid little or nothing (can't remember which).

Firetrucks that size usually have large tanks for water. And they're putting it higher maybe for pressure? Interesting way to water the plants in the vivero perhaps.
