  1. So I'm wondering how someone who has only posted ONE message here.... the one above.... but knew to come onto this Forum an give a great testimonial to this doctor's procedure. A grain of salt comes to mind, but then I'm just skeptical about things like this I guess.

  5. You look for a Telmex truck and offer them 200 pesos to come fix your problem. Or you can spend weeks trying to do it the official way.

  7. Dear Carnivore, There’s a lot I can say about your post and experience. First of all I want to apologize for your bad experience, secondly you mentioned being in the food industry yourself and should know that the best thing a customer can do “is let management know of your experience “ your food wasn’t cooked right ? You didn’t like it ? Let them know!! It gives them the opportunity to fix it! Why go behind “doors” and criticize and talk bad about the place when they have no clue there’s an unhappy customer. Good or bad reviews helps us grow. But the most important ones are the one brought up in person. We are a family owned business with 6 tables and 1 person is able to manage them. I hope you give other businesses the opportunity to fix any issues you may have in the future. Thanks to a very loyal customer, I found out about this place and told what’s being talked about us. We can’t grow or fix any problems if we don’t know about them. We strive to serve the best quality local product’s and service our customers deserve. Once again we Apologize for your bad experience.

  10. https://marquesina.mx/257762/ Oct 08, 2019 Google Translation: "The recent rainy season caused the flooding of areas where the New Mexico International Airport was being built, in Texcoco The flooding progresses on land of the canceled construction of the international airport in Texcoco, the rainy season caused the flooding of areas that were part of the project, such as the intermodal transportation center. The surface destined to parking of vehicles is flooded, also the space where a passenger train would pass. This entire project was planned to have controlled settlements, however, when it was already abandoned, the water that was planned to be present throughout the work, was going to be pumped, right now as the site was completely alone, since it was it is accumulating ”, explains one of the managers of a construction company. The manager of one of the construction companies of the Texcoco airport says that the pumps and the drainage designed for the works stopped working. There are already ducks and birds flying around, although that water is stagnant, we don't know what will happen, because it has no where to leave that water ”, adds the manager. What was advertised as an engineering example is now a cluster of empty roads and paths, deserted employee dining rooms and abandoned construction camps. On August 28, President Andrés Manuel López Obrador reported that around 700 construction contracts in Texcoco were closed and liquidated. The foniles or columns, the runways, control tower and other areas that were 30% complete, show growth of weeds and humidity. The interviewees said that they should undergo preventive maintenance to avoid unevenness and the appearance of cracks. There are 5 thousand hectares of land in Texcoco, where the destination has not yet been announced. A few days ago, Gerardo Ferrando Bravo, director of the Mexico City Airport Group, said that it is planning to build an ecological park. Gustavo Alanís, director of the Mexican Center for Environmental Law, said that the manifestation of the environmental impact of the Texcoco airport makes it necessary to carry out a restoration program. The surveillance is in charge of elements of federal protection." Engineers had drainage pumps and pipes to a water treatment plant for non potable water to be used for agricultural water in the area during construction and another more advanced drainage system after construction. It is undulated now because this system was turned off. Also the apoximently 200 mammoth graveyard is at the Santa Lucia airport site which had no enviromental study done but the Texcoco airport had studies that took 20 years to do and pass all legal provisions before starting the massive project.

  11. The ballots go to the Dulles Postal facility where they are sent to your local election official per the address on your envelope. I am going to repeat this information. You MUST return your ballot per the instructions given by your State and your local Election Official. When filling out the ballot form, your MEXICAN mailing address should almost always be used. Again, your local Election Official is the final arbiter. If you are from one of the following 26 states/jurisdictions, you can return your voted ballot by EMAIL or ONLINE UPLOAD: AL, AZ, CO, DC, DE, HI, IA, IN, KS, MA, ME, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE*, NM, NV, OR, RI, SC, UT, WA, WV, WY* *Nebraska voters must get their Local Election Official's approval to return a voted ballot electronically. *Wyoming is currently setting up its email return system, so please contact your Local Election Official for details. If you are from one of the following 5 states, you can return your voted ballot by FAX: AK, CA, FL, LA*, OK *Louisiana voters must get their Local Election Official's approval to return a voted ballot electronically. Please note, you can use the email-to-fax service that is offered free of charge to overseas U.S. citizens by the Federal Voting Assistance Program. IMPORTANT: be sure to format your .pdf as "U.S. Letter" sized paper. Simply email your completed ballot with the required cover sheet to fax@fvap.gov and it will be faxed to your Local Election Officials. If you prefer, HelloFax is a popular service you can use directly from your computer. It is free for a limited number of faxes. 20 states still require POSTAL BALLOT RETURN. If you live in one of these states then you MUST return your voted ballot by postal mail: AR, CT, GA, ID, IL, KY, MD, MI, MN, NH, NJ*, NY, OH, PA, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT*, WI *NJ voters: New Jersey allows voted ballot return by email. The voter must then also return the original by mail. Given that the postal systems around the world are severely affected by the COVID-19 crisis, we URGE YOU TO VOTE AND RETURN YOUR BALLOT AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT. Please plan to use a courier service or the Diplomatic Pouch. See instructions on the Original Post. Check your state's Secretary of State and your County's Election Official's Website for any specific instructions. Follow the instructions exactly or your ballot may be rejected.

  17. I can confirm that missing fingers are not an issue. I have Dupuytren's Contracture in both hands resulting in numerous curled under fingers. The staff had no issue with fingers that could not be placed on the scanner. But they were insistent that my usable fingers were indeed scanned. It took numerous tries at every fingerprint scanner in the office by pretty much every worker and supervisor.

  19. Yes, stem cells and PRP are/can be very useful in attacking soft tissue problems. Can even 're-grow' cartilage and can be an answer instead of surgery. Takes a long time 'tho...is not an overnight 'cure'. As with any 'new' procedure, the field gets flooded with quacks pretty quickly. Research, research, research should be the mantra.

  22. I don't quite understand any of this for those who have their own property. When my old dog finally passes on, I plan to bury her in my yard, with a nice little memorial altar. I'd tell my family to do that with me, too, if it were legal.

  25. I have a scanner. I emailed the Arizona voting people and they repliied; "We are aware that the printing is very small, but unfortunately the ballots were formatted by the Division of Elections to fit on an 8 x 11 piece of paper and that isn’t something our office has any authority to change when sending them out. We’ll accept them however you choose to return them, even if it ends up being 5-6 pages."

  26. Not weird, More Liana. Last month had this issue at Drivers License office in Chapla. Tried every machine in office, multiple times. Finally they "took." 5 years ago at a TSA office for Global Entry I had the same problem, but not nearly as drawn out as in Chapala. The TSA officer told me he sees this often in people over 60, more often by far with women, he said. He attributed it to women using more cleaners over their lifetimes. Quien sabe. After I returned from the Drivers License episode, I googled it; here are some hints. Other sites also advocate moisturizers, and to avoid alcohol-based hand sanitizers for a few days prior. At the Chapala office the workers kept telling me to press harder (mas fuerte!), but I have read that is the opposite of what one should do when they have scanner issues. A lighter touch, with a few days of prior moisturizing seems to be the standard recommendation. Buena suerte! https://mn.gov/boards/assets/Tips for Improving FP Quality_tcm21-397431.pdf

  32. This should link because it is a Reuters story, not Washington Post https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/mexican-airport-site-emerges-as-major-graveyard-of-ice-age-mammoths/2020/09/18/616fc168-f834-11ea-89e3-4b9efa36dc64_story.html I thought this story, about finding the bones of hundreds of ancient beasts, at the new airport project, to be quite ironic. If you remember, this was the massive airport project abandoned by AMLO when he first came into power. Currently it is becoming overcome by vegetation and pools of standing water. Modern concrete beams and pillars, all abandoned. I wonder if hundreds or thousands of years from now that Academics will ponder with wonder at these remains. Wonder about a civilisation built upon the pursuit of fossil fuels, wanting everything faster and cheaper, while choking on the air they breathe. Air which is almost to the point of being on fire. Who are the primitive creatures stuck in the mud now?

  37. I can't imagine in getting into a serious debate about batteries and alternators. The experts seem quite united on this. The Mercedes guy says he has multiple ECUs. My truck has none and can run on used cooking oil, home heating oil, and probably rendered whale blubber. Dr. Isuzu said keep It simple. No need to add stupid.
