A tourist visa is good for 180 days and allows me to bring my car into Mexico. At the end of that 180 days do I have to stay out of Mexico for a certian period of time or can I go to the US border overnite it and re-enter Mexico on a new tourist visa for another 180 Day

After living in Mexico and experiencing both the good and bad are you happy you moved from NOB to Lakeside or if you could do it over would you have stayed NOB?
MlS Listings & Sales

Unless you have a good relationship with a realtor it is very difficult to get stat's on how may listings there are on the market and how many sales have been made YTD. Does anyone have some reliable information on the numbers of MLS listings there are in 2013 as compared to 2012. I have heard there were 1500 listings YTD in 2013 as compared to 500 YTD in 2012. Also I would like to kmow the number of sales YTD 2013 as compared YTD 2012
Monthly Income

This may be a hard question to answer but at this point I am just looking at estimates to use as a guide line. If you do not have a mortgage or rent payment how much income would a single person require to live a comfortable life Lakeside. I realize there are many factors that play into this fiquire and everyones life style is different. The fiquires I have come up with are as follows.
1) $2500.00/mo provides a comfortable life style
2) $3000.00/mo provides a very comfortable life style
3) $3500.00/mo provides an extremely comfortable life style with not much to worry about.
I would like to know if these fiquires seem resonable.
Thanks
