As of yesterday, my realtor informed me that starting April 1, the notarios have to start collecting capital gain taxes on those selling with a Temporal Visa. Before this date some notarios were collecting the fee and some did not. Do anyone have additional information about this. Spencer, have you had any information about this?  If you still carry an FM3 due to renew in a few months, are you grandfather or the law applies no matter.

Started behind the Tecnologico this morning and it is all the way down to the Movie Building. The wind doe not help.
