I went to the new fish store today and WOW!  It's in the Rancho del Oro plaza where La Taverna and Tapicolor is located in West Ajijic.  It's the last building in the east end of the plaza.  The store is new and spotless - everything very iced.  They have more types of crayfish and scampi that I have ever seen in one place.  Lobster and lobster tail of every size imaginable.  They had fresh scallops - the BIG ones at 130 pesos per kilo.

We no longer live in Mexico, for 6 years we enjoyed the globos fiesta at the soccer field . They are one of the many things we miss the most .

My most recent client who renewed late was fined 599 pesos, no big deal go renew fast to avoid accumulating fines.

A one-time warning is not "frequent" and I am NOT the only one complaining about the water quality.  I can afford to give bottled water to my cats; I'm just not in the habit of having to do so.  I have never lived any place where the water is so bad even the cats can't drink it.  Even in Turkey they drank tap water without any ill effects.  In Germany, Poland and Norway I drank tap water without any problems.  If Oso Negro would get his nose out of the air, maybe he could smell the flowers or perhaps he's too busy drinking champagne.  Definition of SNOB (it's an acroynm):  stupid, nasty old boy with unmarried parents.

The water specialist came today, surveyed what I have and said he could install the system next week.  One of my friends is a retired microbiologist and can test the water once the new system is installed.  She said the system this man recommended sounds like a good system.

We lived in Mirasol for 5 years up until 11/30/2010 and our animals always drank the water with no problems . Lucky us !!!
