Hummm, I am really confused now as John said he and she were run over at the same time. How did Jillian die when she was in the front seat and the car became out of control? Betty is out of 'jail' now, thank goodness.

The lady who died was standing next to John in the parking space where they were both run over.

Facts of the accident: The woman driving the car involved in the accident that occurred on Chapala's main street last night was Betty Stein. Her close friend in the passenger seat, Jillian Cary, died when the car became out of control. Betty remained in jail overnight Tuesday. Friends and family have been contacted.
