(Still) planning to move to Ajijic, request your advice...

Not about the violence, just some practical issues. My wife & I are building a home in Ajijic. When it is finished a year from now, we will come down to take possession and outfit it from stem-to-stern. Here are the details: 3 bedrooms (with built-in closets), 3 baths, kitchen, formal dining area/living room leading out onto patio/garden, storage room, mirador, all total about 2200 sq ft. Leaving out the more obvious (and less expensive) details like utensils and towels, here are the major items I think we need:
3 queen beds
6 nightstands
1 large flat screen TV
1 DVR
2 indoor sofas
2 indoor chairs
2 outdoor sofas
1 outdoor picnic table
8 outdoor chairs
2 outdoor end tables
1 microwave (other appliances included)
1 gas grill
1 coffee maker
so what did I forget, or not anticipate? fans? humidifiers?
If we purchase serviceable items (i.e., not top of the line), what is your SWAG (scientific wild-assed guess) on what these items will cost collectively? I am just trying to ballpark how much cash to have on hand.
What are the best places to go to make such purchases (altogether, or if you know a great place for any single item, I'll take that hint, too!)?
Do any of the retail locations deliver, and how quickly? If not, is it possible to rent a pick-up truck?
We will keep an eye out for any estate/garage sales, but we will only be in town for 2-3 weeks in April, so we probably can't count on just using those as the sole source.
