Anybody been to Cuba in the last year or so_

I'm getting a mixed bag of answers to this question....can you exchange Mexican pesos for the Cuban currency, CUC?  I only need the answer to THIS question...I know about not using the dollar, so please keep the advice to MX Peso converted to CUCs...thanks so much..

IMSS question

I have had IMSS for nearly 12 yrs. I recently renewed it and my 'facilitator' stated that it would be no problem when I move to Guanajuato state to go to the IMSS offc and tell them I´m a visitor for 6 mos. and I´d like to change my address or do whatever I need to do.
Well.....I went to the IMSS offc in San Miguel this a.m. and was advised that if I needed any medical care, I would have to return to the state of Jalisco for treatment....unless, it was muy grava...I cannot have a consulta ni medicinas....I paid my facilitator the whopping amount of $600 ps. initially, and then when I returned to MX she asked for another $900 ps.
Has anyone experienced this?  You can PM me.....thanks

I really need to get rid of this as I'm leaving the area....please call me at  331 718 3984 regarding my antenna and receiver, with several months of a subscription on it!  You can´t pass this up!!!!
