Costco vets most of the products they carry very carefully. Vanilla is one. (Olive oil is another). Hola Market probably carries it if you don't shop at Costco.

I had trouble with the English option on the main number for repair and technical help. After a lot of trouble, I tried the English option and #1 which is for account service (I think). There was an English speaker there. He took all the info and assisted me with the repair. He said it was fine to use that option for an English speaker/technical assistance. They handle the same thing. When TotalPlay has no English speaker available, they generally don't answer the call or transfer. When you are further down the help tree and have someone helping you, don't let them transfer the call to an English speaker, which seems to be the company policy. It won't turn out well.

This is the best upload I've ever seen. I was at 51. last July. I have to say the TP modem has the worst fall-off I've ever seen. I had to switch to ethernet because I was losing over 100 Mbps on a clear line of sight, about 20 feet. They claimed it was normal and my room dynamics and computers and blah blah mercury was probably retrograde. Everything except their lousy modem. Sorry, John. I had an opportunity to rant and ran with it. You are the expert here, so I don't have to be one to break it to you that there is something seriously wrong with that upload number.
