HELP - worried and looking for Larry Allen!!

I am trying to locate a friend that lives in Puerto Corona or near the lake, Larry Allen..he has been missing since January 01, I have received two messages..one said he was in the hospital the other said something far worse..

Larry has lived in this community for over 10 years..how can a person just disappear..can someone assist me..I do not speak Spanish so I cannot communicate with the hospitals..I was told he was in the hospital very sick..that was one of the messages to me..
Please if you know something or have heard something...I am so worried about him. Thank you.
