You miss the point Ferret. I asked for help, not your inconsiderate post, which had nothing to do with help, but only added one more post that i had to read to discover it was another inconsiderate post. No one, least of all me, cares what you do any more than you clearly stated that you don't concern yourself with what I do. However, when that occurs, it is best to keep one's own opinions bottled up.

Besides being curious why so many fellow posters feel free to continuously hijack posts, I don't know why John has to tell us 'Unless you have a really old TV, you can copy those files to an external hard drive and play them directly on the TV. Probably a lot easier than that you're currently doing,' when neither Mexilady nor I are so stupid that we use a tool that you don't know anything about. I just had my computer upgraded from Windows 10 to 11. For the life of me, I can't get PLEX to work. This is after at least 2 hours of frustration. Anyone out there who can help?

Irrespective of how this sad situation occurred, does anyone else, in Jalisco in particular, who is now issuing new license plates with a requirement to produce the factora, have this problem? If so, how are you dealing with it? I have hired a lawyer, contacted the original car dealer who sold the car new, etc. So far, no progress. Any help, information, or advice would be appreciated. (Except inquiring how this situation developed which would in no way move the progress needle forward.)
