Does anyone know if the Manhatten Ice Cream place is closed or are they on location or moved?

Has anyone used Edgar and Yeny lately? And, if so are you still satisfied with their work?  I am looking for a new groomer to come to the house and researched and found a recommendation for these two men.  The groomer I have used for a good long time has hired a helper and the quality of the work is miserable to say the least now.  I gave them the benefit of the doubt but 3 times in a row paying top dollar and getting half the job means that they have struck out with me.

We are planning a trip abroad in May and thought it might be the right time to invest in a cell phone where we can access our emails, have gps, maybe an app that can give us directions if we get lost, etc.  Does anyone have a recommendation as to what brand (we don't want to necessarily have the most expensive but want a good one), where to purchase (need someone that can speak English so we can discuss the phone features and international service options), and if you have recommendations on a particular international plan (we actually only need to have international for our trip).  We have never had any other kind of cell phone other than the small, very inexpensive ones that we just put minutes on when needed to phone for emergencies when out and about.  We appreciate any advise you might have.

who is very good cutting very short hair (women's) and who doesn't charge an arm and a leg?  Also, it would be great if the same person was also good doing color.  I have had a hard time finding someone that does not mind cutting a woman's hair very short .... and if they are not interested they don't realize that the cut really matters when the hair is short!!  Thanks   .... Oh, I would even pay an arm and a leg if they were really good
