Great and really intense Zumba class at the Ajijic Cultural Center on Mon., Wed., Fri. at 5:15 pm. Cost is 20 pesos. Music is loud, bring water, a sweat towel, good shoes and be ready to work. There are about 20-30 ladies ranging from 16-50+ in the class. There are few Gringas and mainly Mexican ladies. Hard work but well worth it!

Valerie :D

Thanks very much. I don't know where the Ajijic Cultural Center is located

We are renting a wonderful apartment about 10k from Mescala.  Right on the lake, beautiful gardens, horses, cows, between two villages and about 15 minutes to Soriana Renter pays utilities, gardener and water are included in rent. Our patio is enormous and there are no houses in front of the view of lake.

There are three rentals available in a 7 unit complex. Some furniture may be available.  You need to pay the last month in advance along with the first month rental.  We are never leaving. People who come here stay.

It is beautiful here, quiet, and we love watching the fishermen each day, the birds of the lake, the cattle and horses in the fields, etc.

It is like heaven. We are from Arizona and have a house there but plan to be here most of the year.  We are renting full time here. There are ladies from the village that help with your housework and if you are as lucky as I, then she cooks very well to

Hope you find your heaven.  We will not be here in June but you can reach the people that own these apartments. It is a very private and walled complex and there are no signs. We knew someone who knew the owners.

Good luck. B&B will be very nice.
