United Health Care is by far the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. You can call and talk to different people about your coverage and get different answers every time. Then when you have a claim, it often makes no difference what anyone has told you or what your policy says. You have to have alot of time and dedication to resolve problems as they continue to say "No." They have numerous lawsuits against them.

Haven't been in Jocotepec at all this winter, so I don't know what's going on with the road construction. Next week we are planning to drive to Colima and Manzanillo. How will this construction project affect our drive through or around Jocotepec? Any suggestions/directions to avoid the hassles described by some of the readers in previous postings?

The pump repair place in Riberas on the north side of the highway (up a small rise from the highway) has fixed pumps for us for several years. They are knowledgeable and honest.


Just in case I need to contact them, can you tell me what the name of this pump repair place in Riberas is and/or on which cross street or near which "landmark" they are located? Thanks!
