I have attended new local movie theatre a total of seven times.  I have seen patrons fall on 2 occasions inside screening room and have observed 1 member of cleaning crew have a near miss.  Today was the worse. Credits were rolling and few people were left, lights were on. I was sitted at top row and  suddenly at bottom step saw a older couple had fallen down on step and couple just above them either rising from fall or tottering; happened fast. Woman who had fallen  took a while to recover. No one "seemed" injured but definitely shaken. When my husband and I got to lobby everyone involved was gone.  We went to office and reported all I've just written and asked why there was only 1 handrail (located at left of first bottom row) and not more located on each row? Response was info would be passed...   I hope next time you attend theatre you will observe that there is room for rails to be added and how people approach the steps.  If a blue light strip located on steps goes out, we're in trouble; can't see step and nothing to hold on to while feeling  way. Please Please speak to management about this as it is a serious hazard for everyone. Thank you.

Does anyone else experience bill errors, monthly? This month I supposedly called someone in Florida, on a Sunday, and spoke for 13 minutes, at a time I am usually asleep.   I understand they recycle phone numbers here quickly.  I get calls for Erica weekly, including last week her mother, who said this phone number was her (the mother's)vacation home phone in Ajijic.  I've had the number since April and am seriously considering ripping it out of the wall. I did speak to a rep on company phone at TelMex office and she insisted one of my neighbors must have used my phone. It's only $26. pesos, but like I said it's every month a problem.

Has anyone eaten recently at La Tasca that can recommend menu choices?  Enjoyed the music and ambiance very much, but friends just go for drinks and can't recommend dishes. I usually like and can eat anything, but am picky about quality. Thanks for you input!
