I know, there are three developments all next to this shelter and these developments were there long before the shelter.

I live about a block and a half away from this shelter and at midnight I could hear them barking. Not one or two but it sounded like the entire shelter

Responsible shelter management wouldn't put a shelter in the middle of an already existing populated neighborhood. They had to know the community would not welcome this and there would be problems

I just never see them being visible like the other shelters trying to get dogs adopted. People seem to not even know about this shelter except for the people who are bothered by the noise

Hey be, the city sprawl" was there before the dog shelter. That spot should never have been considered for a shelter. Caging animals up and not walking them nor trying to find them a home is not helping the animals, it just makes some do good doers feel good about themselves

Bisbee are you saying don't fix the problem, just move out of your home. that does not solve the problem and makes the victims pay the price i say, find a way to move the shelter or close it down I see no effort being made by the shelter to find homes for these animals

Work out the kinks in an unpopulated neighborhood. Dogs unders stress is not good for the dogs or the neighbors This should not be an attempt for a political gain , this is not about politics but about the best for the dogs and the neighborhood

I thought the residents in the area had met with the city and an agreement had been met where as the shelter would be moved to a more isolated area
