Do you happen to know if this also applies to Tricare for life, for retired reservists?

We live in Birds. Everyone has assigned parking, it saves a lot of headaches. Think it's always been that way.

We went to the new Letys for the first time on Good Friday.  The street below the restaurant towards the lake was blocked off, about 1 pm.  Letys seemed ready for a crowd.  We ordered breaded butterfly shrimp and I ordered shrimp,tempura with mango sauce.  I don't often say this, but it was the best shrimp,I had ever eaten. By the time we left, the place was packed, mostly Mexican families. The service was typical of what we experience down here but when we asked for something, we got it right away.  I forgot my sunglasses on the table and someone came running after me with them.  We will go back again and see if we have a different experience.
