We also went there. After a week of opening problems they are now ready for everything. Our meals ere served in reasonable time. A bit pricy but not so much for a real upscale restaurant with unifromed waiters, modern decore, and modern chairs. Clean restrooms too! The specialty cuts of beef while seeming to be a bit pricy are 500 grams or larger. Most restaurants serve 300 gram cuts. So the price is for what you get and where your getting it.

Checking on Google maps their menu is there..... the owners post has no prices but other posted with prices. Scroll through to see them. The political context lends more weight to the announcement. Olinia , the Mexican federal electric car project framed within Plan México , still lacks a concrete launch date. They are a year behind schedule. 8 months ago they said the price should be about $90,000, now they announce $150,000 and they will start manufacturing in 2027. I would bet if they ever get it to market the price will be higher.

The president seems to think this is something special and the first. There is an electric car that is 100% Mexican that you can buy right now. (Zacua and it looks like a real car) There is a second that from Puebla that presented their prototype some time ago. Seeing that the government has invested in this of course they are going to pronmote it. Let's wait to see how much of a money pit this becomes for us taxpayers.

One way trip with Jalisco plated vehicle into USA won't work. If the car is Jalisco plated then it can only be used for 1 year in the USA (with US liability insurance) and then must be returned to Mexico.
